Welcome to the Baylor Family!  We are thrilled your student has decided to call Baylor “home” and that you will be with us for the journey. 

Parents, you have things to do too before your new Bear starts classes. Use this monthly checklist to help YOU get off to a great start!

• February: Join the Hub! 
  • Sign up with email and password of your choice
  • Fill in all your info so you can have the most personalized experience
    
  • Log in at least once a week to check up on important info
    
    
• March: Register for Orientation and Line Camp! 
  • You can register HERE on March 20th at 9:00am Central Time.  
  • Watch this video to hear more about why your student should attend both! 
  • Orientation is for both parents and students, while Line Camp is for students only.
  • Do not make travel arrangements until you receive your registration confirmation! 
    
    
• April: Order your Baylor Family Shirt!  
  • ORDER HERE
  • Shirts are available for purchase online for Orientation pickup or in-person purchase at Orientation only. 
    
    
• May: Enjoy your student's graduation and submit housing preferences! 
  • Soak up every moment- your student (and you) did it!
  • Post your family photos with #BaylorFamily
  • By May 1, pay your deposit and submit housing preferences
  • On May 8th, check your email for notification on what housing type student was approved for and time slot for room selection
  • Research and secure micro-fridge and/or bed lofts through preferred vendors HERE
    
    
• June: Attend Orientation and Parent Dinner!
  • No registration required.
  • Students will be provided a separate dinner at the same time. 
    
  • Relaxing, fun, and informative dinner with parent Q&A
  • Housing: Submit room selection during assigned time (June 3-10)
    
    
• July: Attend your local Send-Off Party!
  • You'll receive an email invite with all the details, but HERE is information for the meantime. 
  • This is a great time to meet others from your area! 
    
    
• August: Move-In and Wear Your Shirt! 
  • Receive your Move-In time via your student's email
    
  • Pack Baylor Family Shirt to wear for Move-In
  • Attend Baylor Family Picnic for your final goodbye
  • Hotels fill up quickly, so book soon!
