The Baylor Bookstore has extended the Spring Rental Due Date until June 30th in order to accommodate the extenuating circumstances with COVID-19.
Q. Since the Bookstore is currently closed, how do we return our rentals?
A. Included in your “Rental Reminder” emails there will be a link to generate a free return shipping label and packing slip.
Q. I have made arrangements with Campus Crates to store my belongings until August when I return to Campus. How do I avoid late fees if my rentals are packed away?
A. Please email Baylor@bkstr.com with the below information:
- First and Last name
- Baylor ID Number
- Phone Number
- Email Address you used to register your rental books
Q. I am currently living out of the Country, will I be provided a free return shipping label.
A. Unfortunately the pre-paid shipping labels are only valid within the United States. We will reimburse you for shipping up to $20 with a valid receipt.
